Your data will be used solely for the purpose of contacting you and deciding on if the vacancy will be filled.
If you apply to us, without referring to a specific vacancy, we will use your data to determine if there are any suitable vacancies. Your data will be stored in our IT system for this purpose. This data will be used to search for suitable candidates for current or future vacancies. You can withdraw your unsolicited application at any time by informing us.
If you apply for a specific vacancy with us, we will only use your data for this position and make it available to the responsible supervisor for the selection of candidates. We will only share your information with other supervisors, who also have vacancies, for the possible appointment of them, if you give us your prior consent. You can revoke your consent at any time or restrict the disclosure.
If you send us your application, we usually save your data in our IT system. If you provide information about yourself on publicly available or professionally focused networks (such as Xing, LinkedIn), we will process them in accordance with the terms of service of the operator. If we work together with recruiters, we assume that they pass your data to us with your consent. In all cases, the data comes directly from you (direct survey).
In order to be able to examine your application, we require personal data in addition to your personal and contact data, to determine your suitability for a specific job (application data). We process your data for the purpose of deciding on the employment relationship with you. The associated legal bases are Article 6 (1) (b) (the possible employment contract), (c) (our legal obligation) and (a) (your consent) the EU Data Protection Regulation (EU GDPR). The applicable data protection law allows us in certain individual cases, the processing of data for legitimate interests. If we hereby justify the processing, we will inform you about this and about your right of objection. Further legal bases in Germany arise from Art. 88 of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (EU-DSGVO) in conjunction with Section 26 of the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG).
